1:1 Breathwork & Coaching

If you're interested in exploring yourself and healing, 1:1 breath sessions are a powerful way to do it. In these sessions, we work together, with me guiding and supporting you.

My role is to create a safe space for you to release anything that comes up, whether it's emotional, physical, or energetic. We then explore the experience together, helping you gain a new understanding and state of being.

Group Breathwork
